IPP Rtn Anthony War Nongbri to announce the name of the President Nominee 2027-2028 as Rtn Sahil Singla. The president elect introduced the following PresidentUnder the amendment of the club bylaws, an addition and rectification on the annual fees increase from Rupees 20000/- to rupees 24000/- is to be included within the bylaws as proposed by the house. Rtn Barnabas gave a proposed a resolution for a new district tobe broken from 3240 as the number of zones and clubs were are exponentially increasing over the years in the current district.

Vocational Excellences Award 2026 – a meeting will be held with the chair of the committee Dr Barik along with Secretary to discuss on the area and potential awardee of this years VEA 2025-2026 as informed by the President. 10. Any other Matters IPP Rtn Anthony spoke about the Nongkya project and the generous contribution of chairs and tables to the classroom given by Rtn Barnabas. Also proposal for adding to the library with books could be a project in the future in this village. Induction and installation of the new RCS Highlands will be chaired by the president and secretary of RCOCS. Protocols and responsibility will be taken by Rtn. Dr Judita Syiemlieh.

Updates on disease and prevention project- A health camp/ talk by Rtn Dr Judita is scheduled on 13th December at Nongdainmang was informed by Rtn Nicolas who had met the Headman of the village. ⁠Proposals for new members - Updates on the date for their induction tobe done earlier of 2026 was discussed by the President and members. New tentative potential members as discussed in the board earlier as 1. Shri Sarcel, Associate professor , St Edmunds College 2. Shri Ayush Tiberwal, Buisnessman, Ex Rotaractor 3. Shri Peter Dohkrut, Lawyer Physiotherapy health check in Laitumkhrah – tentative date proposed for the health check is 17th December 2025 as informed by Secretary Rtn Reema. It was discussed that a token amount from the club will be given to the clinic in support of the clinic and the free health check.

However, as the school was having exams and the students were busy with their studies the principal has requested the orientation for the new club to be held in January next year. President thanked everyone for their support in forming this club and informed the members present that on further discussion with the school management further details of orientation will be posted in the club Whats App group.

Sahil with Royal Enfield team. Assessment on location for RYLA has been confirmed along with RYLA chair. Rtn. Arun has offered to pay in the bus shed at Police bazar as part of the renovation continuing project. Rtn. Surjo, Rtn Sahil and Rtn PK to look into the labour and the paint cause and for we test to be written on the banner of the bus shed. Creation of Facebook and Instagram account will be done as email ids submitted were given by Rtn Surjo and Rtn Pradeep.

Report on Bike Rally: Rtn Sahil shared that the bike rally witnessed a participation of 100 Royal Enfield bikers with 6 different Royal Enfield Biking clubs on Independence Day. The Chief Guest Shri James Sangma with the President, Secretary and all members from RCOCS flagged off the event. Update on RYLA: Rtn Sahil informed the members about RYLA planning is to its near completion. He also informed about Sir Swapnil Tembe, IAS consented to be the Chief Guest at the Valedictory function on 30th August 2025.IPP Rtn Antony War informed the members on the installation of the smart class at Umbang School. The members who attended the installation programme were PAG Rtn Pradeep and Rtn Nicholas.
